Kinesiology is a complementary therapy that encompasses holistic health practices, using muscle reflex testing and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to address physical, mental, emotional and spiritual imbalance.

The fundamental approach is that the body speaks the mind.

Kinesiology works to nurture our mind-body connection, to identify and release stresses held within our nervous system, to assist us in shifting pain, either physiological or psychological.

Philosophy

Kym embraces the ethos, “Cor Rosa”, an approach founded on the courage to live authentically and the passion to embrace life fully.

Cor: Derived from the Latin word for courage, symbolising the bravery to express and honour your true self.
Rosa: The Latin word for rose, a timeless emblem of passion, beauty, and the unfolding of life’s potential.

When we can express our hearts freely, life flows smoothly, we feel in tune with the rhythm of life, our life energy (qi) flows harmoniously, and we are able to ‘grow younger as we grow older’, embracing life with renewed energy, clarity and purpose.

Services

Mind Body Medicine

Mind Body Medicine explores the connection between the mind and the body, and aims to decode the likely psychology related to specific symptoms and signs experienced, to facilitate lifestyle interventions.

Sports Therapy Kinesiology

Sports Therapy Kinesiology explores body movement and body posture to obtain information and identify factors which may be blocking the body’s natural healing process.
